Kristen teaches Native Genius to leaders worldwide at companies like eBay, StubHub and comScore. She shows people how to bring out the unique smarts in each other and shape their work to be more fulfilling, while achieving even more ambitious goals. Kristen splits her time between Boulder, Colorado and the Bay Area.
Kristen has an BBA in Accounting and IT from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in Mythology and Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and an MA in Body Centered Psychology from Naropa University.
Kristen started her career as a CPA and software developer with Accenture. Before developing Native Genius, she consulted with companies on matters of IT, leadership and strategy for over 20 years. Her 2011 TEDx talk on Native Genius was an audience favorite. In 2015, Kristen was named one of the 100 Most Influential Global Leaders by EBW 2020. She is also a strategic advisor for Emerging Women.
Strategy and Business Development
Catherine is a strategist and business developer with a focus on the human side of business. She’s been with Native Genius for over 2 years and lives in the Seattle area.
Catherine began her career as an engineer/software consultant at Accenture, then returned to school to study business and the human side of performance. She spent the next 15 years consulting with companies large and small on strategies to leverage the talent of their people to realize their vision. Her experience includes over 10 years at consulting firms Towers Watson and Mercer.
Catherine also founded and ran a fitness and nutrition consulting business, helping people revolutionize their bodies for life. In that experience, she lived and learned what it takes to start/run a business and how behavior change actually happens.
Catherine holds an MBA from The University of Michigan, where she majored in Organization Development and Change Management, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Iowa.
